Sweet Heat Party Wings

Updated: Apr 27

The tastiest wings you've ever had in your life!

We all know that party wings are the go to whether your outside or inside. We have the perfect recipe for some crunchy, mildly spicey, sweet, and sticky party wings. If you didn't know our Sweet Heat Seasoning can be used as a rub for grilling but it can also be used to make our sweet heat chili oil. Serve these party wings with a side of ranch, fries, and have a good time.

List of Ingredients

  • 1 large pack of party wing, cleaned thoroughly

  • 1 C of flour

  • 1 C of cornstarch

  • 4 Tbsp of all-purpose seasoning

  • 1 C of Sweet Heat Seasoning

  • 1/2 C of hot sauce (your choice)

  • 1/2 C yellow mustard

  • oil for frying and to make the chili sauce (1 1/2 cup of oil for the sauce)

  • All-Purpose to taste

Let’s Get Started

In a bowl add your party wings, All-Purpose seasoning, hot sauce, & yellow mustard. Mix well with hands to combine and coat evenly on wings.

In a separate bowl mix together your flour, cornstarch, and All-Purpose.

Next add party wing mix to your flour mixture and coat well on all sides.

You will want to heat oil in skillet to a medium high heat. You don't want to have oil to hot as it will cause the batter to cook to fast and possibly burn. Cook the wings for around 15-20 mins until golden brown and cooked through.

In a mixing bowl, preferably not plastic. Add your Sweet Heat Seasoning and hot oil to the bowl. Be super careful in this process make sure that you have a metal bowl or thick glass mixing bowl that is large and has room. Adding the oil to the the chili powder can cause the liquid to expand and overflow. So you need enough room, as to not have an oil spill which can possibly burn you.

Once the oil is mixed well, combine carefully with the party wings and toss. There you have it! Simple enough right?
